regenerative ecovillage projects
With Syd Harvey Griffith and Walter Moora
Syd Harvey Griffith has a passion for producing interactive events, healing retreats and learning experiences for the regenerative ecovillage community. Since joining the SEEDS community, she has delivered a series of over twenty learn-by-doing experiences called “Permatours” focused on permaculture and sustainable construction in the Northeastern United States.
With enthusiasm, Syd educates on the power of crypto and NFTs and supports people with leveraging this emerging technology to regenerate Earth and drive social impact.
Walter Moora is a biodynamic farmer, Earth steward, and co-owner (with Susan Davis Moora) of Finca Sagrada (Sacred Land Farm), a farm-based community and regenerative ecovillage pilot project in Vilcabamba, Ecuador. Finca Sagrada was designated as a sacred site by the Kogi elders. Among the projects Walter is currently stewarding are a reforestation project, a community garden, a volunteer education program, a KINS community group, and a bioregional watershed restoration program.
Syd and Walter will share updates on the ecovillage regeneration projects they are collaborating with in the Seeds community.
