In the spirit of trust and relationship-building, foundational to Flow Funding, this online gathering will focus on our connecting, sharing, and building relationships with KEFF Ambassador & Advisor nominees.
In getting to know you, and your experience and engagement with environmental, economic, social justice, or other nature-centric humanitarian grassroots initiatives, we’ll be striving to identify individuals to invite to join our grant making design journey.
Our goal is to create grant-making processes that are accessible, inclusive, and supportive of the communities we’re aiming to resource, and those who offer guidance will be compensated.
(REGISTRATION LINK COMING SOON)
We will go over key decisions that will need to be made in order to form KEFF’s grant making processes, including:
Priorities in flowing resources
Ambassador selection process, application, criteria, agreements, compensation, reporting requirements, accountability
Designing of feedback loops
Finally, we’ll open the floor for any initial ideas, feedback, and / or questions that arise.
At the close of this event, we’ll invite each attendee to schedule a call with KEFF’s Executive Director, Syd Harvey Griffith, and others on the team, to deepen our relationship and understanding of how each candidate can contribute to the design of our grant making processes, as well as to Ambassador selection.
After these 1-1 calls, we will onboard those who are aligned with KEFF’s vision and values, and who have the capacity to serve as Advisors.
We’ll also invite them to our next 3 invite-only online gatherings, which we’re calling “Co-Creation Labs” to begin designing KEFF’s grant making processes.
Event Agenda:
Listening & sharing
Presentation of decisions that will need to be made as we design our grant making processes
